Qualifications
Maintain and troubleshoot test handlers to support smooth semiconductor production, ensuring high equipment uptime, good product quality, teamwork and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot test handlers and AOI (vision inspection) to ensure high uptime
- Perform setup and conversion for different device packages
- Conduct calibration and optimization to improve performance(reduce jam rate, down time) and yield
- Provide production support and resolve equipment issues quickly
- Drive continuous improvement (reduce downtime, increase UPH)
- Manage spare parts and documentation
