Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description

The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and business development of solar panel systems for residential and commercial clients. The role involves hands‑on technical work, adherence to safety protocols, timely reporting, and supporting sales initiatives by identifying potential leads during site work and providing basic technical input for client consultations.

This is a full‑time position with opportunities for training and commission‑based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of solar panels, including rack mounts for residential and commercial clients.
• Able to perform work in diverse conditions (e.g. rooftops, attics, crawl spaces, and hot environments while adhering to safety protocols and using proper PPE).
