Job Requirements

  • College graduate or at least 2nd year of college
  • Must have 1 year of team lead experience
  • Must have at least 6 months customer service background, voice account
  • Excellent communication both written and oral
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and highly detailed when tracking team performance metrics.
