System Engineer

Overview

Quarterhill is seeking a System Engineer who will be responsible for designing, sourcing, integrating, testing, validating, and supporting complex systems that combine OEM and COTS hardware, software, networking, electronics, and connected‑device technologies. This role will work closely with project engineering, operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically sound, properly documented, validated for production, and successfully deployed in the field. The ideal candidate has practical experience with integrated hardware and software systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to evaluate technical requirements, test results, and system performance data to make informed engineering decisions.
