About the Role
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Linux servers to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Perform routine system administration tasks including patching, user management, resource monitoring, backup validation, and security hardening.
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS and assist in troubleshooting network, and application-level issues across physical and virtualized environments.
- Admin and maintain virtualization platforms including VM lifecycle management.
- Configure and maintain storage systems (SAN/NAS), including provisioning, zoning, multipathing, and performance analysis.
- Implement and enforce security policies, including access control, audit compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
- Monitor system health using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios or similar monitoring platforms.
