About the Role We are seeking a senior Strategic Planning and Program Design Consultant for a contract role. You will provide high-level advisory services, develop strategic frameworks, business cases, and program policies across tourism and cultural industries sectors. You will be expected to respond to project requests and deliver quality work within agreed timelines. Some travel within Nunavut may be required depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop business cases, strategic plans, vision, mission statements, and SWOT analyses

Conduct market assessments and develop strategic development frameworks

Assess feasibility of various sector‑specific approaches and initiatives

Assist with strategic development plans for communities

Support development and implementation of sector action plans
