2. Mandatory skills - Java, SpringBoot
3. Hands-on experience in Spring boot framework
4. Performance tuning skills - multi threading, monitoring, caching,(Application level not DB level)
5. Be able to debug issues using Grafana/Dynatrace/chromosphere/Splunk/kafka/rollbar/cloudwatch.
.etc.
6. Solid understanding of Mongo DB or PostgreS
7. Basic SQLs to debug data-related issues
8. Good understanding of different types of testing and their importance
9. How CICD works ( what is green/blue or canary deployment)
10. Microservices and one of the UI skills (angular. node. js or react)
11. Aws/azure or GCP knowledge
