What You'll Do



- Lead and manage a team of Content Creators

- Own end-to-end social media production — from creative deck development to final output approval

- Conduct regular performance coaching, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations

- Monitor SLAs and quality benchmarks to ensure consistent client satisfaction

- Review and approve team output to ensure alignment with brand voice and client standards

- Partner directly with clients and internal stakeholders to drive campaign success and resolve escalations

- Identify workflow improvements to optimize productivity and quality
