About the Role

Responsibilities
Acquire SMB clients and expand existing accounts to fuel revenue growth.

Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leveraging customer needs to drive product adoption.

Use insights and CRM data to enhance prospecting and retention efforts.

Present TeamViewer’s value with a consultative approach, creating compelling business cases

Manage a robust pipeline and provide consistent, accurate forecasts.

Contribute to market intelligence, sharing customer insights to inform product development and competitive positioning.

Capable of working independently at a cadence of 50-60 calls, 2-4 online meetings and up to 5+ proposals/quotations a day.

Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach using MEDDPICC/SPIN methodology.
