About the Role
- Provide technical support.
- Review & coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC and contract documents.
- Experience in material submittals in accordance with regulation, green building code & Dubai code.
- Has Contracting experience not less than 8 years.
- Has UAE experience.
- Coordinate between Architecture, structure, MEP and other dis.
- Review and coordinate all subcontractors drawings and material submittals.
- Able to produce rebar shop drawings and arrange BBS.
- Stronge in structure to rectify / found design mistakes.
- Resolve design issue.
- Sound in Contractually.
- Feed QS / Commercial team with any changes.
- Able to lead the team from engineers, architects and draftsmen.
- Coordinate issues before reaching to construction team and solve problems.
- Strong in UAE codes and regulations.
- Coordinate all subcontractors for engineering works.
