About the Role
BD is seeking a Quality Manager in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices in the Sterilization plant. This role includes managing the quality systems and personnel, overseeing Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, preferably a CQM certification, along with at least seven years of experience in quality systems management. The position also involves providing training and managing quality improvement initiatives.
