Senior Mechanical Engineer - Mining & Industry

WSP is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mining and industrial projects across Canada. This position emphasizes advanced mechanical design, compliance, and project delivery leadership.
You will oversee complex mechanical and piping engineering, from conceptual studies to execution. Candidates with 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in EPCM projects will thrive in this role, especially those in Northern Ontario, BC, or Atlantic Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering operations
• Enforce safety and compliance standards in design
• Evaluate and select rotating equipment for projects
• Collaborate on mechanical design with structural teams
• Develop and execute inspection and test plans
