About the Role

 Responsibilities 
Project Manager Component
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams 
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Monitor project budgets, control costs, ensure financial objectives are met. Work with Administration staff to complete various financial management activities, including invoicing, collections/AR, backlog analysis, etc.
Work with Contract Administration staff to oversee construction activities, ensuring they are completed to the required quality standards, and resolve any on-site issues that arise. Attend pre-construction meetings
