The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will play a critical role in the upcoming migration of the PIS (Passenger Information System) & the replacement of the CCTV solution. This initiative aims to modernise our project portfolio management capabilities, improve usability, and align with evolving business needs. The BA will lead requirements gathering, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation.
