About the Role
The Section Head - Safety will lead safety initiatives to promote a Zero Accident Culture across the plant, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and driving continuous improvement in safety standards.
Responsibilities
Lead safety initiatives to promote a Zero Accident Culture across the plant
Develop and strengthen safety procedures, incident investigations, accident analysis
Set and monitor plant-level safety objectives based on data-driven insights
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations (Factories Act, EHS norms)
Drive ISO 45001:2018 (OHSMS) implementation and continuous improvement
Monitor and analyze safety data, SBO reports, compliance metrics
Implement safety standards aligned with EHS Board guidelines
