Salesforce Architect

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience designing large‑scale, highly integrated Salesforce ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of security architecture, data governance, and integration patterns.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Email Studio.
• Integration experience with MuleSoft and/or CCaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD, DevOps, and release governance.
• Exposure to broader marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
