Role Description
This is a full‑time, hybrid Sales Manager role based in Santa Rosa City, with some flexibility for work‑from‑home. The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a sales team to achieve occupancy, reservation, and revenue targets for ARTHALAND’s sustainable developments. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, building and managing a pipeline of potential buyers, conducting property presentations and site tours, and negotiating and closing sales in alignment with company policies. The role involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns, improve customer experience, and ensure accurate sales documentation and reporting. The Sales Manager will regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities, provide feedback on product positioning, and mentor team members through coaching, performance reviews, and skills development.
