About the Role
Reservations Manager
We are currently seeking our next Reservations Manager, whose primary objective will be to maximize the yield of the hotel by directing, controlling, and coordinating all reservation activities.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in the position within luxury hospitality.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud (configuration, reporting, inventory, segmentation, and rate control).
- Advanced English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Data Analytics.
- Familiarity with Forbes, AAA, and LQA standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
