- Lead development of UHT plant-based products
- Optimize formulations with protein, oil, fat and stabilizer
- Enhance stability, texture, protein and shelf-life
- Plan and execute lab, pilot plant and industrial trialOptimize processing and troubleshoot technical challenge
- Coordinate pilot plant operations and support scale-up
- Maintain technical documentation and present result
