- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Tool and Die)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of quality principles and familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & IATF 16946 implementations.
- Experience in quality and environmental management system.
- Able to work in manufacturing processes to understand current process limitations and propose new solutions under minimum supervision.
