About the Role

Role Summary
As an Applications QA Engineer, you will lead and ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous manual and automated testing. Combining leadership and technical expertise, you will drive IT Applications projects to deliver high-quality systems that exceed expectations.

What You Will Do
Drive team members to suggest ideas for innovation and ensure follow through.

Provide coaching and guidance to junior members to enable them to contribute more effectively

Provide out of hours support as requested for incidents

Coordinate test efforts with all affected parties, , business stakeholders, other IT teams

Contribute to Performance Feedback

Participate in technical analysis and design review sessions

Lead in bug and metric review meetings for stream

Contribute and perform test coverage reviews
