Reporting to the Vice President, Operations & Business Management, the Project Manager will lead and deliver cross‑functional projects across areas such as underwriting, finance, claims, sales, compliance, and digital transformation. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

What will you do?

• Manage the full project lifecycle for company initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Partner with stakeholders across underwriting, finance, claims, corporate, actuarial, sales, and compliance teams to define project scope and objectives
• Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities across business functions
