M.E.I. Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Melaka. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects, contributing to the successful delivery of our client's objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Liaison with Clients, M.E.I.’s Penang office, other Consultants, if any, works Contractors and Sub-contractors on project requirements.
- Engineering coordination and lead a construction team full time at site to supervise all fabrication, erection, installation or construction of engineering works.
- Overall construction management include but not limited to the following areas:
- Schedule development and control
- Cost control
- Change control
- Technical interfacing
- QAQC and Safety control
