This role emphasizes collaboration with production teams, improving inventory accuracy, and ensuring the availability of raw materials. You will engage in innovative product trials while supervising R&D and product development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with PD/R&D Manager on quality concerns
• Collaborate to maintain inventory accuracy of raw materials
• Support production efficiency through timely material availability
• Lead and execute new product development projects
• Coordinate internal tastings for product evaluation
Requirements:
• University degree in winemaking or food science
• 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant field
