About the Role
Lead Minto Elementary Middle School in Grand Lake, New Brunswick as Principal for a five-year term. Focus on instructional leadership, optimal learning, and fostering a positive school climate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote instructional leadership and a positive school climate
• Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents
• Manage school resources and facilities efficiently
• Implement strategic planning for school improvement
Requirements:
• Continuing contract in New Brunswick education system
• Valid Principal’s Certificate or Interim Principal’s Certificate
• Minimum 5 years public school teaching experience
