About the Role

The role:
planning annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance and repair schedules for mining equipment;

monitoring execution of maintenance programs and analyzing deviations in schedules and downtime;

analyzing equipment availability and reliability, and preparing measures to reduce failures and unplanned repairs;

planning resource requirements for maintenance and repairs (workforce, spare parts, materials);

preparing planning, reporting, and analytical data to support management decision‑making;

coordinating with production, technical, and contractor teams in compliance with industrial safety requirements.
Skills&requirements:
Secondary or higher technical education (mining, mechanical, electrical, or a related discipline);
Knowledge of operating, maintenance, and repair principles for mining equipment (open‑pit or underground mining);
