About the Role
Join Agilus by Synergie as a Senior Oversight Electrical Engineer IV in the Oil and Gas segment, based in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, under a hybrid work schedule. Your focus will be on supervising utility-scale solar and wind projects across Canada and the USA.
In this senior engineering role, you will be responsible for reviewing EPC contractor designs, ensuring they follow all industry standards and comply with project requirements. You will lead interconnection assessments, offer technical guidance, and collaborate closely with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee EPC design reviews for accuracy and compliance • Provide feedback and coordinate with contractors • Evaluate HV substation and PV plant designs • Ensure adherence to industry codes and regulations • Facilitate technical support during project phases
