Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation of their MDR platform across enterprise environments
• Work directly with customers to gather technical requirements and translate them into clear deployment and configuration plans
• Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and security teams to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues
• Support customers during integration and setup, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation, implementation guides, and repeatable deployment playbooks
• Act as the main technical point of contact during onboarding until successful customer adoption is achieved

Skills
