Position Title: Offshore Draftsperson / Design Support

Work Set-up: Work Onsite

Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm PHT / Perth AU

Salary: PHP 60,000 to 70,000

Holidays: WA Holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and coordinated working drawing packages for commercial interior, workplace, architectural, and development projects up to approximately 60% completion.
• Produce high-quality AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp models, renderings, and presentation materials as required.
• Assist in the development of concept layouts, workplace planning solutions, and spatial design options.
• Interpret briefs, sketches, mark‑ups, reference documents, and design direction to develop structured documentation packages.
• Prepare demolition plans, partition plans, reflected ceiling plans, furniture layouts, finishes plans, and other project documentation.
