Metal Inspector - Surrey

Great opportunity in Surrey, BC – we are currently looking for a Ground Inspector/Metal Inspector to work in a busy automotive yard.

Overview

The Grounds Inspector plays a key role in daily yard operations by inspecting incoming customer loads, directing them to the appropriate unloading areas, and maintaining clear communication across the facility via radio. This position ensures safe, efficient, and organized material handling throughout the yard.

We’re Looking For

• A strong work ethic with the ability to focus and complete tasks independently
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Previous experience in scrap metal, construction, or industrial yard work is an asset but not required
