This is a remote position. Virtual Rockstar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to join our partners multidisciplinary therapy team based in Maryland. This role is fully remote but requires full-time commitment during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. You will be an integral part of a collaborative care team, supporting Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), and psychological services. Responsibilities You will work closely with front office and billing staff to ensure a smooth patient experience, accurate scheduling, and proper insurance handling.
