- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing / service / industrial or electronic industry
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer programs
- Hardworking and goal-oriented
- Capable of working under pressure
- Willing to work long hours and on a shifting schedule
