About the Role
Position Summary: Responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and compliance with cleanliness requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Define and optimize machining, washing, and assembly processes.
- Implement and maintain cleaning and flushing systems.
- Improve process capability and reduce variation.
- Support process validation, launches, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Quality to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 3+ years in manufacturing engineering (automotive preferred).
- Experience with machining, assembly, and cleaning processes.
- Experience with quality tools (8D, PFMEA, SPC).
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma is a plus.
