Responsibilities

• Act as primary compliance business partner for the Technology and Operations groups, providing proactive guidance and risk‑based advisory support.


• Ensure compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to GXI, including BSP regulations for non‑bank financial institutions and payment system operators.


• Monitor regulatory developments in the fintech space and lead impact assessments and gap analysis across relevant business units.


• Participate in the development and launch of new technology‑driven products/services to embed compliance from inception.
