What You’ll Do

Leadership & Strategy Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers and ETL developers Define and drive the ETL/ELT architecture roadmap, with a strong emphasis on Azure modernization Establish engineering standards, code review practices, and delivery excellence Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, and Data Governance teams, while owning ETL design decisions Azure Data Engineering & Modernization Architect and oversee pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Fabric Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, and related services Lead the migration of legacy SSIS/on-prem ETL to scalable cloud-native solutions Design ingestion frameworks for structured, semi-structured (JSON, XML, CSV), and unstructured data Optimize pipeline performance, scalability, and cost using Azure monitoring tools Apply best practices: parallelization, metadata-driven pipelines, and parameterization Data Quality, Governance & Security Implement data validation, monitoring, and automated qua...
