Job Title: Separation Manager IBERIA and local General Manager

Position Summary: You will drive sales growth and manage the Separation team for Capital and Service in Spain. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the legal entity in Spain.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Separation Service team, responsible from Order Intake to EBITA for the company.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the service business across all ANDRITZ product lines (centrifuges, filter presses, drying systems, filtration technologies) for diverse industries (environmental, food, chemical, mining).
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, order intake, and profitability metrics for the region of the ASM.
• Conduct regular customer visits, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities (service contracts, upgrades, digital solutions).
