Maintenance Supervisor for Industrial Properties

Manage daily maintenance operations at two industrial mall sites located in Central Bedeque and Kensington. This role emphasizes tenant relations and effective problem-solving.
As a Building Maintenance Supervisor, you will work closely with the Maintenance Manager, resolving tenant issues and spot-checking properties for safety and maintenance. Your daily tasks will include landscaping upkeep, office cleaning supervision, and performing various repairs to maintain a high standard across facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as point of contact for tenant inquiries
• Oversee maintenance operations and inspections regularly
• Ensure outdoor areas are well maintained, including parking lots
• Supervise cleaning efforts in common areas and offices
• Perform minor repairs such as carpentry and painting
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 11 student
• Previous experience in facilities or property management is an asset
