Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview

An opportunity exists for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work to their full scope of practice and provide patient‑ and family‑centered care at Wetaskiwin Hospital & Care Centre.

As an LPN, you will float among three Medical Units (Unit 33, Unit 35, and Unit 43), supporting patients with acute and complex chronic illnesses and occasional surgical patients. The role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, working within the college standards and the organization’s values (AHS Cares) and Patient First Strategy.
