Deployment Location: Lancaster New City, Imus , Cavite
Job Summary:
The Leasing Staff is the person responsible in assisting the Leasing manager administratively (i.e. preparing reports and meeting with clients, documentation filing and monitoring of rentals). The position also handles tenant prospecting and assist tenant on concerns/issues. The position also strictly monitors billing and collection activities for tenants.
Job Specification:
o Educational Attainment
Graduate of any Business related course or equivalent
o Work Experience
Fresh graduates or with least 1 year of related work experience
Benefits: Paid training
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
