Lease Admin Coordinator

Location: Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lease Analyst to coordinate functions within Lease Administration. This role involves new lease and amendment abstraction, quality review, and management of critical lease dates. The position is based in the Woonsocket, RI area and offers a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, abstract, and review legal documents such as lease renewals, extension agreements, and rent commencement letters.
  • Abstract new documents into the real estate database, including all rent obligations, and perform quality control on abstractions.
  • Update the real estate system with lease term dates, option dates, and rent adjustments.
  • Track the lease lifecycle, including possession acceptance, and prepare related payment authorizations.
