Learning and Development Specialist - Monterrey

Our positions in Monterrey are hybrid roles enabling the team to work three days in the office and two days remotely. The office space promotes collaboration for Scrum teams and increases development velocity. You will enjoy a pleasant city view, fresh coffee, and occasional happy hour events.

Under the supervision of the Director of Operational Readiness, the Learning and Development Specialist will be instrumental in developing and managing the organization’s knowledge‑management strategy. The role ensures that all processes and documentation are effectively maintained and accessible, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather, organize, and update information related to DXC processes and procedures. The specialist also supports new client implementations, manages CCaaS platform administration, and delivers essential training and documentation for successful onboarding.
