You will lead maintenance initiatives, including preventive programs and team development. Your role also involves implementing continuous improvement practices and optimizing production efficiency through collaboration with operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead maintenance supervisors and tradespeople
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives
• Manage mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities
• Collaborate for production efficiency and reliability
• Manage maintenance budgets and capital projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance leadership
