About the Role
I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Facilitates daily membership sign-up process to educate patrons on benefits and privileges of being a Rewards Circle Club member.
- Updates patron's account information to effectively provide information to queries regarding membership status.
- Upsells Rewards Collection items of patrons to meet revenue target set by the Management
- Processes redemption of Rewards Collection items and complimentary items to improve retention of patrons.
II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably graduate in Hospitality Management, Marketing or Business Administration
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in hospitality or gaming industry
- Sales and Marketing experience is an advantage
