The opportunity

Northern Vision Development is hiring an IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations across a growing, multi-site business. This is a practical leadership role for someone who can keep core systems stable, support users well, work confidently with vendors, and bring more structure and accountability to how IT operates.

Our environment is varied and hands‑on. You will support hospitality, senior living, and other operating businesses where downtime matters and service has to work in real time. This role is a strong fit for someone who can move between service desk leadership, systems support, vendor oversight, cybersecurity basics, and operational problem‑solving without losing sight of the bigger picture.
