Inventory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Accuracy:
  • Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring all stock movements (incoming and outgoing) are accurately recorded.
  • Coordinate and lead regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and stockouts.
• Team Leadership:
  • Supervise, train, and schedule a team of inventory control specialists or warehouse clerks.
  • Enforce safety protocols and warehouse operational policies.
• Process Optimization:
  • Maintain and optimize the Inventory Management System (IMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Analyze inventory turnover rates and identify slow-moving or obsolete stock.
  • Implement best practices to reduce shrinkage, waste, and storage costs.
