To assist the Supply & Demand Department in managing the orders coming from various channel or platform, track the backorder and control inventory level and follow up if any dispute regarding stock, invoice, default item.To monitor & tracking delivery to DC for perishable item (milk, yogurt) according PO raised to suppliers To assist in compiling the cash & online purchase monthly -Administration To follow up incoming stock with suppliers by phone, reminders for urgent/adhoc order To assist preparation - Advanced Planning System Project -compile report. To assist on the external purchase -online platform or offline purchase to support Pantry project. To assist on dispute stock receiving - email & pick invoice from warehouse.
