About the Role
Overview We are seeking a IAM SailPoint ISC Engineer with deep expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (formerly IdentityNow) to augment our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team.
IAM SailPoint ISC Engineer will function as a hands-on IAM Systems Engineer, delivering high-quality operational support, configuration, and automation within SailPoint ISC, while partnering closely with application owners and internal IT teams to streamline identity governance processes.
Scope of Responsibilities
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Administration:
Configure, administer, and maintain SailPoint Identity Security Cloud tenants.
Support and enhance core IGA capabilities, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver lifecycle management, access certifications, RBAC, identity profiles, rules, and transforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot SailPoint platform issues and integrations.
