HR Operations Specialist

Purpose of the Job

• Working knowledge / Experience of end-to-end employee life cycle (Hire to Retire).
• Experience of maintaining Employee records in SuccessFactors.
• Provide Payroll input to the payroll team.
• Maintain statutory compliance for India.
• Maintain Organization & HR Data and systems' new changes/deployment.
• Responsible for HR operational support to Global HR Operations, including payroll delivery.
• Coordinate Payroll for smaller sized countries with the external payroll provider.
• Escalate/refer cases to team lead as appropriate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
