About the Role

The Position

The HR Coordinator, Talent Acquisition provides administrative and coordination support across recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting Talent Acquisition processes and documentation, and assisting with regional compliance and reporting requirements. The HR Coordinator, Talent Acquisition works closely with the TA team and internal stakeholders to ensure TA operations are delivered efficiently and consistently.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Complete candidate video screens, references and background checks.
  • Create and maintain new hire files and ensure job folder documentation is complete.
