General Manager
The General Manager leads the vision and business strategies to achieve sales, productivity and profitability for two retail store locations. The GM directs and manages all aspects of each location, including customer engagement, operational execution, people management and merchandising presentation.
Responsibilities
- People Management: Develop effective teams, lead through change, communicate professionally, grow leaders, foster a positive work environment, recognize performance, build a talent pipeline, train and coach store teams, ensure safety compliance, set clear expectations, and address performance gaps.
- Customer Focus: Maintain a genuine customer focus, lead and coach the Leader on Duty program, model brand service standards, build customer loyalty, train management on customer resolution, and analyze feedback to improve results.
